Does this work with Clio? +
Yes. The system integrates with Clio via the Clio API to create matters, attach documents, and assign to the right attorney based on case type routing rules. If you use a different practice management platform — MyCase, Smokeball, PracticePanther — those integrations are also available.
Does the AI actually write the engagement letter? +
No — and this is intentional. The attorney writes the master engagement letter template once. Claude fills in the case-specific details from the intake form: the client's name, case type, facts as described, fee structure. The legal substance of the letter comes from the attorney, not the AI. This is how it should be.
What happens if the AI makes a wrong call on a case? +
Any case the AI is uncertain about — or that scores in a middle range — is flagged for attorney review rather than auto-advanced. The attorney sees the full intake details and the AI's assessment and makes the final call in under 30 seconds. The system is designed so that the attorney always has the last word on non-obvious cases.
Is client data secure? +
The system is built on n8n self-hosted on a dedicated VPS — your client data does not pass through shared cloud infrastructure. DocuSign and Stripe both maintain SOC 2 compliance. The specific data handling setup is documented and reviewed with you before go-live.
What if my intake volume is low right now? +

Do I need to change how my intake form works? +
