Do I need to know anything about n8n or AI to work with you? +
No. You describe the problem in plain language — what is manual today, what outcome you want. I handle the technical design, build, and deployment. After handover, the system runs in the background and you interact with its outputs (Slack notifications, Google Sheets, emails) not with the n8n interface itself.
What happens if something breaks after the build? +
Every build includes a 30-day support period. If something breaks due to a bug in the workflow I built, I fix it at no charge. After 30 days, support retainers are available for ongoing maintenance and changes. Because you own the full workflow and documentation, you can also take it to any n8n developer if you prefer.
What does it cost? +
Project pricing depends on complexity. Simple workflows (3–5 nodes, single integration) typically run $800–$1,500. Multi-integration systems with AI agents and error handling (like the law firm intake pipeline) typically run $2,500–$4,500. The audit call is where I give you a specific number based on your actual requirements — not a range.
Do I own the workflow after the build? +
Yes, completely. You receive the exported n8n workflow JSON, full documentation, and all credentials are configured on your account — not mine. If you decide to stop working with me at any point, you have everything you need to maintain or hand off the system to someone else.
Can you work with tools I already use? +
Almost certainly yes. n8n has 400+ integrations including Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Typeform, Clio, DocuSign, Zapier-imported workflows, and any tool with a REST API. If you are not sure whether your tool is supported, mention it on the audit call.
